Our main desire: your satisfaction!
If, for any reason, your purchase on our site does not meet your expectations, you may return the product(s) at any time up to 30 days after receving your package. You will then benefit from an exchange, a credit for your future purchases, or a full refund of the value of the goods. In any case, you only have to pay the shipping costs for the return. There are no restocking fees.
In order to be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in "like new" condition;
- Own all original tags;
- Be in the original packaging (if applicable).
For hygiene and inventory management reasons, no return will be accepted on:
- Stockings that have been unpacked;
- Custom orders placed at our suppliers especially for you.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, you have 4 days after receving your order to notify us by email or Facebook message. Please provide photos to support your request, and we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us by email or Facebook before returning the products directly. We will discuss the different options available for you, to ensure your complete satisfaction. If an exchange or a refund is necessary, it will be treated within 3 working days following our reception of the returned products.
